Anytime I need a pick me up or a new line of thinking about something, I always go back and look over notes I have from Coach Meyer. He has the best advice about everything! Here are just a few random notes that I've picked up from Coach Meyer.

Keep a coaching notebook—write other programs for basketball information. Tape their games on television; tape Roy Firestone (great interviews); ALWAYS KEEP A TAPE IN THE VCR.
