In honor of the Saints and their historic Super Bowl win last night i wanted to talk about Sean Payton and his motivational techniques. If you heard any of the players last night after the game, it was obvious they all respect and love playing for Coach Payton.We have "borrowed" a few of Coach Payton's motivational ploys this season for our team. I would love to hear from you and trade ideas on some of the motivational messages or activities you do with your team.
